This is the top of the Buddha Stupa with a good view of the Buddha eyes.
Tibetan prayer flags are strung all around the stupa. On the left are one of the four sets of steps on which visitors can climb the three levels of the stupa.
Custom dictates that everyone walk clockwise around the stupa.
