This day was the Tibetan new year, and their were many people circling the Buddha Stupa near our guest house.
On the left near the stupa wall are two women with colorful aprons displaying the Tibetan dress.
The man in the center with the hat on is wearing traditional Tibetan men's apparel, with one sleeve hanging back over his shoulder for some reason.
Most of the men wore one sleeve of their outer jackets in this manner.
